 Colour and Description Disclaimer: –

While placing an order on our site, customers are advised to keep in mind that there are some minor colour variations in product photography which they are seen on our site. This Variation may also be felt because of different – different resolutions, monitors, video cards and internet browsers used even on Operating system which you used. Artificial Flowers are also having some tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different lights. A 10% to 15% variation in shade is considered as normal in artificial flowers.

CASE- 1: Damaged and Defective goods received:

A complaint has to be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

A Complaint has to be made by customer on email with subject as “Complaint” for {Order number} and {Product code} for our reference on info@jsfashion.ina) Need Product opening Parcel clear video and Clear photo of damaged product has to be sent on email or on WhatsApp as per your convenience

b) As we receive the product back from customer.

c) Our team will review it within a 1 business day and offers you a best solution.

d) We will Replace the same or refund the amount of damaged product once we receive your defective product back to us and after verified.

Procedure = Complaint –> Complaint Redressal within 1 business day by Team -> Mutually Acceptable agreement -> Happy Ending and a Happy Customer!

CASE- 2: Product is not liked due to some colour variation:

No, we do not accept returns for a product which you do not like due to some reasons, this is the minimum risk.

But in case, if product what you have been received if it is totally different, there we will accept product as returned without any additional charges. but there will be very less chance. Because before packing a product we verify the order product with packing product and in case if original order not available or out of stock, we will inform to customer or we will give options for similar products to customer.  When customer grand permission for similar one. Then only order will pack and dispatched.

CASE 3: In case of Parcel lost in transit / Wrong address delivery / Parcel not found after Door Delivery:

a) If a parcel is lost during transit or a wrong delivery is made or parcel has not been found after door delivery then in such cases, we are STRICTLY liable for re sending same product(s) only & not make any refund or customer can’t replace the order with product of different design.

b) In above cases, officially we give 3-4 business days’ time for the courier company to retrieve the parcel by searching it. In all cases of wrong deliveries, the courier guys come back to the place where product was delivered according to him for a search. In case of delivery not received after Door delivery, in that case the courier company re-visits the place and files a first-hand report.

c) Once the courier company confirm the orders hasn’t been delivered correctly and parcel can’t be found, we initiate re-order of the same items. In no case the items can be changed or a money refund will be given. We will replace the lost items FREE OF CHARGE.

REFUND POLICY

a ) Our refund and returns policy is 5 days, after product received to customer.

b) If 5 days have passed since product received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

c) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

d) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

e) Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email or WhatsApp whichever is easy to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

f) If we approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

a) what If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

b) if you not get amount in your bank account, then contact your credit card company, it may be taking some time before your refund is officially posted.

c) Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

d) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {info@jsfashion.in}.

Shipping returns

a) To return your product which you have received, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

b) Depending on where you live, the time will take, for your exchanged product to reach you.
